Vitamix E320 is slightly disadvantageous but is still a good blender if you only need essential functions. It’s easy to use and assemble, and the smooth texture of your milkshake or smoothie will make you surprised.

Vitamix A2300 Vs E320: Differences

Vitamix A2300 wins 3-1 against Vitamix E320.

With these updating functions such as Digital Timer, Self-detect Technology, and Wireless Connectivity that Vitamix E320 doesn’t have, Vitamix 2300 easily takes more advantages. Moreover, the Vitamix A2300 combines a large blending capacity with a portable, compact design.

Blending Performance

Vitamix E320: Blending Performance

The winner: It’s a tie.

Both blenders have stainless steel blades, which are solid and sharp. So well, let’s compare the bottom line here: the power of the motor base. Yes, these two blenders have 2.2 powerful motor bases combined well with 4-inches blades. When compared to traditional blenders, some Vitamix products have 2.0 HP motor bases and 3-inch blades that provide an interesting and noticeable blending performance. These two have 2.2 HP, which means more effective.

My strawberry smoothie is completely smooth and free of bubbles after using the Vitamix A2300. I really want to show you how smooth-as-silk the texture is! The Vitamix A2300 is ideal for heavy-duty tasks or if you will be using it frequently. Making drinks or desserts from hard fruit, ice, or cookies is no longer difficult or time-consuming, thanks to the powerful 2.2 horsepower contained within the relatively small base unit. As a result, the more efficient the motor, the better the food and beverage preparation results.

The same motor power of the Vitamix E320 also astounds me. It easily blends most food, even ice or nut butter just in seconds without losing the taste! I absolutely love its strength!

Controls / Settings

The winner: Vitamix A2300

Honestly, I fell in love with these excellent features just for the first time, and they truly don’t make me disappointed. All blenders from the Ascent series have these updatings, but Vitamix A2300 is one of the perfect among them.

+Digital Timer:

I know many people have problems adjusting the exact time for their recipes because I’m an ally with them (on my first day when I learn how to cook in a professional way). Fortunately, Vitamix A2300 has the Digital Timer function that makes everything more convenient and easier. Just simply set the speed and let it run because once you turn on it, the seconds-digital timer will start automatically. Thanks to this excellent function, over-processing is out of my mind and no longer bothers me. If you cannot adjust the time on your own, you should be aware of this feature.

While using Vitamix E320 without a digital timer, tasks may be complicated if you have lots of work to handle.

+Self-detect Technology:

The A2300 belongs to the Ascent Series and has Self-Detect technology. This technology allows the machine to detect which container is on the bottom and adjust the blend settings accordingly. Because the 64-ounces is so large, you’re concerned about which way to go for a small group of people. This function is the answer. When I bought this one, I also bought a 48-ounce container. I can now make any multi-purpose recipe without difficulty.

However, if the incorrect container is used, certain programs are automatically disabled, and the machine will not power on until the correct container is seated on the motor base.

Vitamix E320 doesn’t have this function, so you can only use the 64-ounce container for large batches.

Utilities

The winner: Vitamix A2300

Vitamix A2300 appears with far more advantages than Vitamix E320.

+Container:

As you may know, BPA-free co-polyester is professional-grade and extremely strong. The container of the Vitamix A2300 is made of BPA-free co-polyester, which is more durable than the Tritan container of the Vitamix E320. It makes the high-impact function is more reliable. Besides, this carafe material also absorbs some of the blade noise, making the A2300 a less noisy competitor for daily uses. To further reduce noise, the lid has a rubber silicone gasket that also prevents spills or leaks while blending or afterwards if you intend to keep the carafe in the refrigerator.

As you know, the Vitamix E320 is made of BPA-free Tritan. This container does not disappoint me when I first take a look at it and test its durability. It appears to be solid and also prevents breaking.

Both blenders are made by BPA, so when exposed to different temperatures, BPA material can contain cancer-promoting chemicals. This material is an excellent choice for long-term applications and a healthy lifestyle.

+Noise Level:

Vitamix A2300 seems to be the quiet Vitamix blender. Take a deeper look, Vitamix A2300’s parts have high-quality stainless steel. Besides, the base is slightly wider to enhance airflow cooling, so the motor produces less noise during blending.

Compared with Vitamix A2300, not hard to realize that Vitamix E320 is louder. At max speed, the noise is extremely high. You should consider it carefully before deciding to purchase it.

Wireless Connectivity:

Both blenders The Vitamix A2300 can be used in conjunction with the Vitamix Perfect Blend App, which includes 17 programs and over 500 recipes. Thanks to this feature, anyone can easily make a great smoothie, hot soup, or whatever dessert they desire. Simply wait and use a click-through app on your smartphone.

Vitamix E320 doesn’t have this, but it isn’t a big deal for me. I don’t use this function so often because dialing the buttons has its own fun. I can also adjust the program to the speed I want for my smoothie or yaourt.

+Warranty:

For me, I have no complaint about Vitamix A2300’s warranty. Just perfect. It is superior in utilities because it comes with a longer warranty. Its parts are guaranteed for seven years, while Vitamix E320 has only five years. This means you can replace another blender if something wrong happens, thanks to Vitamix custom service.

Vitamix A2300 Vs E320: Similarities

Ten Variable Speed

10 variable speed enables you to be proactive in selecting your own speed, saving you time and effort by changing the speed depending on how much time and consistency you require.

Cleaning

It’s so embarrassing, but I’m so lazy at cleaning tasks. Sometimes, I daydream about the magic that dishes, knives, etc., can clean by themself. So crazy, right? Fortunately, the two blenders have a self-cleaning function. A big helpful solution for a lazy person! How comfortable when adding a little soap and then watching what happens. The self-cleaning function does its responsibility in just around 30 seconds!

Control and Pulse Feature

A pulse switch and a separate power kill switch that shuts off power when you’re done using it, make the two blenders are so flexible in use and help you to deal with tough and dry ingredients like beetroot, sweet potatoes, carrots, etc.

Also, the physics button of Vitamix A2300 and Vitamix E320 – rocker switches and dial – is easier to control. Just simply dial the button at the desired speed.
